Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose my size?
Use the size guide on the product page and match it with your measurements. If you’re between sizes, pick based on fit preference: relaxed = size up, fitted = size down.
Will the color look exactly like the photos?
We shoot to match real color, but slight differences can happen due to lighting and your screen settings.
How do I care for IQELA pieces?
Follow the care instructions on the product page/label. For most western wear staples: gentle wash, avoid harsh detergents, dry in shade.
What is the delivery timeline?
Typical estimated delivery is shown on product pages (commonly 2–5 days).
When do you dispatch orders?
Same-day dispatch is mentioned for daytime orders. Orders aren’t shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is marked as available on product pages.
When is an exchange/return eligible?
Your order is eligible if you received:
- wrong product
- wrong color
- wrong size
- damaged item on delivery
Do you accept returns for change of mind?
IQELA’s written policy highlights returns/exchanges for incorrect/wrong/damaged cases (above). If you want “change of mind” returns, you’d need to explicitly add it to policy.
